Colorado is now a one-party Democrat state. Instead of focusing on making Colorado more affordable for families, the legislature is obsessed with new taxes, new fees, and repeated attempts to gut the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR).
Under complete Democratic control, property taxes have nearly doubled in just the last few years. Property and health insurance costs have skyrocketed, while insurers are fleeing the state. At the same time, the state budget has doubled — even as population growth has been modest. Where is all that money going?

Kids have the right to grow up without being harassed by creepy adults. Because of the failure of the current state legislature, there will be three citizen ballot measures put on the ballot this fall:

109 – “Protect Women and Girls Sports Act,”

110 –  “Protecting Children from Irreversible Sex Change Procedures,”

I support these measures and am working to bring balance back to the Colorado legislature — so real debate can return to the issues that matter most to families.

Coloradans deserve answers to some basic questions:

  • Do constituents really want to abandon reliable natural gas in favor of heat pumps?
  • Do they really want plastic grocery bags banned from stores?
  • Do they really want taxpayer dollars spent on healthcare and cell phones for illegal immigrants while homeless Coloradans are exploited by NGOs?

And perhaps most importantly: Is our electrical grid actually being upgraded to handle the massive new demand from widespread electrification? We all know the honest answer.

I am running for Colorado House District 49, which is a long strip that starts near Idaho Springs to the Wyoming Boarder. It includes towns like Silver Plume, Idaho Springs, Central City, Nederland, Gold Hill, Jamestown, Allenspark, Lyons, Western Boulder, Western Loveland, Estes Park, Masonville and up to the Red Feather Lakes Area.
