Did you know Colorado’s HB25-1296 Tax Expenditure Adjustment nullifies the Federal bill “No Tax on Overtime?”

That’s right, the Democrat controlled legislature at the State Capitol want you to pay MAXIMUM taxes! Section 6 adds -> the amount of any overtime compensation excluded or deducted from a taxpayer’s federal gross income to that taxpayer’s federal taxable income for purposes of determining the taxpayer’s state taxable income.

It’s time for new leadership in Colorado’s legislature.
